Description:  Stunning views and privacy from this 10+ acres near the Temecula Wine County, Skinner Lake, and Diamond Valley Lake.  Land looks out over Vail Valley to Palomar Observatory and would make a great horse property.  Located two blocks from a $1M wine country home so you can see the quality of this area.  Dimensions are 667 ft wide by 621 ft deep.  To build, buyer would need to put in a well and septic.  Electricity is available.  Access is to northeast corner and shown in plat map.

Driving Directions:  Take the 4WD.  From Hemet, take Sage Rd south.  Turn right on E Benton Rd.  Turn left on San Ignacio Rd.  Turn right to stay on San Ignacio.  When you reach Gray Squirrel Rd, you will see a gate in front of you.  It is shown in one of the photos.  That gate may be your legal access to reach the land after you buy it, buyer to verify with title company during escrow.  I think the gate is locked.  For now, to view the land from your car without accessing the gate and without a long hike, turn right on Gray Squirrel Rd.  Turn left on Los Altos Rd, a rough dirt road.  Turn left on Oak Canyon Rd, another rough dirt road.  Turn right to stay on Oak Canyon Rd.  You will see several large storage containers on the right.  The property with the storage containers is 40440 Los Altos Ave.  The parcel is 660 feet east of there down at the bottom of the canyon.  Since you are up on a hill, you can easily see the parcel down below.  Locate it visually by noticing the criss-cross pattern of the dirt roads down in the canyon.  Those roads show up clearly in the aerial map and in photos.  If you want to drive down in the canyon, double back to Gray Squirrel, do not turn left on San Ignacio, go find the house around the corner to the right at 40117 San Ignacio.  Take the dirt road to the left of the wire fence at 40117.  Drive on rough dirt roads down into the canyon.  To locate the parcel, look again for the criss-cross pattern of dirt roads shown in the aerial map.  Have a PAPER copy of the aerial map with you because you will not be able to pull it up on your smart phone due to poor cell reception.
