Description:  Neighborhood of large estate homes and ranches, some with fancy gates, surrounds this 34+ acres.  Easy paved road access.  The large grassy area at the bottom next to the road is the mostly likely place to build.  This building area is flat to gently sloped and shown with an X in one of the aerial maps.  The rest of the acreage is sloped, hilly, and forested.  There is a rough graded path that goes part way up the hill that you can hike up to see the panoramic views over the tree tops.  With additional grading you might build on one of the several cleared areas going up the hill.  Seller is offering 2 parcel numbers combined, 34+ acres total, at this price.  Parcel number 0102-130-190 is 15.24 acres and 0102-130-200 is 19 acres so the total acreage is 34.24 acres.  There is a capped well on the property and seller says it was drilled approximately 30 years ago.  There is also a red fire hydrant and electricity in the street.  Price just reduced to sell quickly!

Driving Directions:  From I-80, take the Peña Adobe Rd exit south of Vacaville. Merge onto Peña Adobe Rd. Turn left on Rivera Rd. Continue straight on Cherry Glen Rd. Turn right on Pleasants Valley Rd. Turn left on Mix Canyon Rd. Pass Honey Ln. Parcel is on the left. It starts immediately after the house on the left at 3358 Mix Canyon. Park your car by the paved street at the dirt driveway to this land across from the green house at 3355 Mix Canyon. There is a cleared area to the left of the driveway you can walk around. This cleared area is where the X is shown in one aerial map. You can also follow the foot path uphill by walking into the land past the capped well and taking sharp right to continue hiking uphill. Take the aerial map showing parcel boundaries. Don’t leave home without the map.
