     Fabulous Neighborhood Homes

Description:  Expansive view lots in prestigious Wildwood Canyon just north of Los Angeles.  Offering two lots combined at this one price:  APN 2827-036-014 (2.33 acres) and APN 2827-036-011 (1.40 acre) for a total of 3.73 acres.  Values of fabulous neighboring homes range from $1 to 2+ million.  Click the link to the left on this Land22 website to see examples of homes in Wildwood Canyon.  Lovely oak trees with a rural country feel just 5 miles from Valencia Mall, 2 miles from old town Newhall and 1 mile from an equestrian center.  Land is also close to I-5 for easy access into Los Angeles, Hollywood and surrounding areas.  Why live anywhere else?

Driving Directions:  From Los Angeles, take I-5 north.  Merge onto CA-14 N/Antelope Valley Fwy N via exit 162 toward Palmdale/Lancaster.  Take the Newhall Ave exit 2.   Merge onto Newhall Ave. Turn left on Market St.  Turn left on Cross St.  Turn left on Davey Ave.  Turn right on Wildwood Canyon Rd.  This is a gated area so you may need to get the gate code from the agent or when I was there the gate was actually open.  Go past (through) signed Wildwood Ranch.  At the red barn house you will see a circular horse arena on the right and in front of you will be arrows for 23790 and 23490 Wildwood Canyon.  The parcel is between these two properties.  They are also shown in the aerial map.  The best landmark is that circular horse arena because the circle shows up clearly in the aerial map.  The street names in the aerial map may not correspond to what you see in reality out there and there may or may or may not be physical access to some streets at this time.  Study the location of the horse arena in the aerial map and compare it to what’s in front of you.  Wear hiking boots as you cannot see the property from a car.  Take the aerial map with you when you view the land so that you can understand the approximate location.
