Driving Directions:  Put on your hiking boots and grab some water.  The parcel has legal access but is gated by a neighbor and the seller and I don’t have a key so you’re going to hike a few blocks!  From I-10 in the Banning area, exit at Sunset Ave.  Drive north on Sunset Ave.  Turn right on Mesa St.  Turn right on Gilman St.  Turn right on Gunner St.  Park at the gate.  Get out of your car.  Grab some water.  Start walking up the paved road.  Curve to the right.  When you reach the house at 43210 Gunner St (the only house out there), turn left and walk between the piles of wood clippings and palm fronds, along the utility pole easement south.  When you reach the wire fence, stop.  Look to the right.  That’s the land for sale.  Take the aerial map.
