Driving Directions:  From I-5 take Hwy 101 west.  Take the Valley Circle Blvd/Mulholland Dr exit 29.  Turn right on Valley Circle Blvd.  Valley Circle becomes Lake Manor Dr.  Turn left on Franklin St.  The parcel is near the corner of Franklin St and Rock Hill Rd.  Use the addresses in the parcel map to locate the lot approximately.  Agent and seller do not know where exact corners are.  If the buyer wants to know the precise corners, the buyer can have the property surveyed at the buyer’s expense, before or after closing.  Agent has noticed that satellite maps with superimposed computer-generated property lines are wonky and shifted-over for entire neighborhood so do not rely on them.
